Saw this recipe being shared all over social media sites. Even though I'm not a big lemon fan, my husband is and I thought it would make a great addition to our extended family Easter dinner. Boy was I right. This recipe is so easy and it taste DELICIOUS!!!

How To Make super duper easy lemon cake

1No that is not a typo, there are only two ingredients needed for this recipe! preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 baking pan

2mix the three ingredients together. Do this by hand but make sure you are stirring up from the bottom. At first it will seem like it is not working, but after a few minutes it will start to get thicker and be sort of bubblish. This is some sort of chemical reaction between the filling and the cake batter but it is what you want. You do not use any other ingredients!

3Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. I checked at 25 and it wasn't done but the time all depends on your oven and how well it holds the heat. The cake will spring back from the touch. Remember this is an Angel Food Cake so it will have that texture not that of a regular cake mix.

4the original recipe says to sprinkle with powdered sugar. I chose not to do that as the cake is already sweet enough. Some topping ideas would be fresh fruit, candied lemon slices, strawberry syrup. The list is endless.
