Ingredients For sour cream coffee cake

1 c

butter or margarine
2 c

sugar
1 c

sour cream
2

eggs
1 tsp

vanilla extract
2 c

flour
1 tsp

baking powder
MIX TOGETHER:
3/4 c

light brown sugar
1/3 c

chopped pecans
1 1/2 tsp

cinnamon, ground

How To Make sour cream coffee cake

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add sour cream and vanilla. Add all dry ingredients. Place 1/2 mixture in greased pan and tip with 1/2 topping mix. Add remainder of batter of rest of topping.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Drizzle with canned cream cheese frosting or make your own.
