One day(after inviting a few Friends for dinner) I came up with an easy Pound Cake recipe. It only has four ingredients and four steps.

Ingredients For simple pound cake

  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 stick
    butter (room temp)
  • 5
    eggs (room temp)
  • 2 c
    plain flour

How To Make simple pound cake

  • 1
    Cream sugar, and butter together. Now add the eggs (one at a time). Keep your mixer at low speed. Next, mix flour in, a little at a time. After all the flour has been added turn the mixer on medium hi for about 5 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan or a bunt pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
