flour
1 c

sugar
4 Tbsp

cocoa
1/4 tsp

salt
2 tsp

soda
1 c

salad dressing/mayonnaise
1 c

cold water
1 tsp

vanilla
dates,nuts (optional)

How To Make salad dressing cake

Sift dry ingredients together.

Add wet ingredients. Stir until blended.

If using dates and/or nuts, dredge them in a little flour. Fold them into the batter.

Pour into greased 8"x8" pan. Bake at 350 degrees.
