This recipe was given to me by a neighbor who assured me that you could bake a cake without eggs.

1 csugar

4 Tbspcocoa

1/4 tspsalt

2 tspsoda
-
1 csalad dressing/mayonnaise

1 ccold water
-
1 tspvanilla

dates,nuts (optional)
How To Make salad dressing cake

1Sift dry ingredients together.

2Add wet ingredients. Stir until blended.

3If using dates and/or nuts, dredge them in a little flour. Fold them into the batter.

4Pour into greased 8"x8" pan. Bake at 350 degrees.
