For my daughter's 7th birthday I gave a Tea Party With 8 of her closet friends. When I pulled out the plain un-frosted cake the girls thought I went nuts until I told them that because I had forgotten to decorate the cake they could help and the sugars candies, sprinkles, jimmys, and frosting was pulled out!

Ingredients For quilt birthday cake

1/2sheet cake any flavor

white butter cream frosting

cake decorating sprinkles, candies, in many different colors

small cake boxes
How To Make quilt birthday cake

1When it is time to sing happy birthday surprise the birthday child and guest with a empty cake. -
2let the children know they will be the decorators

3set up stations with different frosting, sprinkles, candies, ect!

4cut the cake into 24 cubed slices and give each child 2 slices to decorate

5HAVE FUN DECORATING

6after each child is finished. Take the cake and as best as you can place the cake back together

7pull out your camera. Look at what you all created!

8add candles and sing Happy Birthday!

9Game: See if the children can pick out their 2 slices.

10They will have 1 to enjoy at the party and 1 to take home to show family and enjoy!
