1-1/2 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspground nutmeg

1 ccanned pumpkin

1/2 cunsalted butter, melted

How To Make pumpkin doughnut muffins

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a mini muffin pan w/ cooking spray. In medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

2In another bowl, whisk together milk and pumpkin. In lg bowl, beat softened butter and 1/2 cup sugar until light & fluffy. Beat in egg. Gradually add dry ingredients, alternating w/ pumpkin mix.

3Fill the muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 20 mins. In small bowl, mix together 1 cup sugar and 2 tbsp cinnamon. Roll muffins in cinnamon-sugar mix.
