Ingredients For pumpkin bars

  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    pumpkin pie spices
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    oil
  • 4 lg
    eggs
  • 1 16 oz can
    canned pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 c
    raisins (optional)
  • 1 c
    nuts (optional)
  • maple cream cheese frosting

How To Make pumpkin bars

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9x13 baking pan.

    Combine all ingredients and mix until blended. Pour batter into prepared baking pan. Bake 20-30 minutes. A toothpick inserted in center should come out clean.

    Cook on wire rack. Frost with Maple Cream Cheese Frosting when cooled.
