1/8 tsppink paste food coloring i use wiltons

3eggs

1 tspvanilla

1 tspbutter flavoring

2 1/2 cflour

1 1/2 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspbaking powder

1 cbuttermilk
-
1/4 tspsalt
- WHITE CHOCOLATE GANACHE

1 Tbspbutter
-
1/2 cheavy cream
-
2 cwhite baking chips
-
2 Tbsppink coarsesugar or eddible glitter
How To Make pink velevt cupcakes

1In large bowel,cream butter,sugar,and food coloring untill light and fluffy.Add eggs, one at a time.beating well .Beat in vanilla. Combine flour.baking powder,baking soda,and salt. Addto creamed mixture, alternately with buttermilk,beating well after each addition.

2Filleach paper lined cup 2/3 full.Bake at 350 degrees for 24 to 27 min.Or intill toothpick comes out clean.

3White Choc Ganache.... Melt the white chips and butter in microwave.Slowly add cream and beat with mixer. Frost cakes and sprinkle with pink sugar.
