Just though this together one day and it turned out great,(didn't write anything down)lol So family wanted another one,and the recipe,so here it is famly and JAP friends. Hope you try it and enjoy.

Ingredients For pina colada cake
- CAKE

1 boxyellow cake mix
-
3eggs
-
1 canpineapple, crushed undrained
-
1 cmashed banana
-
1 ccoconut, shredded
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
1 1/4 cpina colada mix
- MIDDLE
-
1 cpina cola mixda
- ICING
-
11 large cool whip
-
8 ozcream cheese, room temperature
-
1 cpowdered sugar
-
1 cpina colada mix
-
1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make pina colada cake

1CAKE:

2In a large bowl add yellow cake mix,eggs,pineapple,banana,coconut,1 1/4 cup Pina Colada mix,vanilla, Mix about 2 min. until well mixed.

3Pour into a prepared 9x13 pan (one with high sides) Bake on 350 for 30 min or until done.

4Cool in pan on rack for 10 min.

5With a fork poke holes in cake.

6Pour 1 cup Pina Colada mix over cake. Place in refrigerator, until cold.

7ICING:

8Whip 8oz.cream cheese with 1 cup powered sugar,add 1 cup Pina Colada Mix,until creamy

9Fold in 1/3 of Cool Whip to lighten it, then beat in the rest of Cool Whip.

10Frost cake with Icing then sprinkle with coconut,I use about a cup, you can use more or less.
