No one will believe that this scrumptious dessert is made with ice cream sandwiches. My grandson always requests this for his birthday. Yon can make it ahead of time. It keeps for 3 months in the freezer.

Ingredients For peanut butter ice cream dessert

24peanut butter ice cream sandwiches
-
1-16 oz cool whip
-
1-jar of hershey's hot fudge

1-bag of reese's miniature peanut butter cups chopped

1-cup chopped peanuts
How To Make peanut butter ice cream dessert

1Put one layer of ice cream sandwiches into the bottom of a 9x13 pan. You might have to cut sandwiches to make them fit.

2Take 1/2 of the cool whip and spread on top of the ice cream sandwiches.

3Drop tablespoons of the hot fudge all over the cool whip. Take a knife and run it through to make it look swirled.

4Sprinkle with half of the chopped peanuts and chopped Reese's. Do another layer of sandwiches, coolwhip, hot fudge, peanuts and chopped Reese's. Store in the freezer.take out about 10-15 minutes before serving.
