egg whites
3/4 c

sugar
1/4 c

light corn syrup
1/4 tsp

salt
1/2 tsp

cream of tartar
2 Tbsp

water
1 1/2 tsp

vanilla

Combine all ingredients except vanilla in a stainless steel bowl.

Place over boiling water. Beat with electric beater until frosting forms stiff peaks. About 7 minutes
