1 pkglemon cake mix

1 pkg(3 oz.) instant lemon puddin mix

1/3 coil

1 cwater

4large eggs
How To Make lemon pound cake

1Blend all ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

2Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 inch cake pans. Can also be made in a Bundt pan.

3Bake at 350 degrees for 33-38 minutes for layer pans and 50-60 minutes for Bundt pan. Cool completely.

4Frost with a lemon frosting for layer cake or a lemon glaze for a Bundt cake.
