I made this cake one year for our office Christmas party. Now I'm asked every year to make the "spice cake" for the X-mas party...

Ingredients For kit's spice cake

3 ccake flour

1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1 tspsalt
-
1 1/2 tspcinnamon

3/4 tspcloves
-
3/4 tspnutmeg
-
3/4 cvegetable oil
-
1 1/2 cmilk
-
3eggs
-
1 1/4 cbrown sugar

1 cpowdered sugar
How To Make kit's spice cake

1Heat oven to 350F. Lightly grease & flour 2 9-inch layer cake pans.

2Sift together the first 6 ingredients. Then add the next 2 ingredients & mix well. Making sure it is smooth.

3In a separate bowl beat the egg until thick & foamy. Then gradually add both sugars & then continue to beat until well blended together.

4Then fold in into the batter.

5Pour into cake pans. Bake for about 35 to 40 mins.
