A teacher friend of mine makes this for luncheons and parties. You would never know that icecream sandwiches were the main ingredient.

Ingredients For icecream sundae cake

    box of icecream sandwiches
  • 1 jar
    hot fudge sauce
  • 1 lg
    container cool whip
  • 1
    bag of toffee bits

How To Make icecream sundae cake

  • 1
    Put 1 layer of icecream sandwiches in a lasagna pan
  • 2
    layer in the following order(half of each package)-hot fudge, cool whip,toffee bits.
  • 3
    Repeat steps 1 and 2. Freeze
