How To Make grandma marcella's chocolate cake

1Mix sugar,cooking oil,vinegar,and vanilla extract.Sift flour,baking soda,and cocoa powder,into the first mixture,and add the 2 cups of cold water.Beat mixture well.Pour into greased 9x13 cake pan.Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.Cool and frost with frosting.

2Grandma Marcella's Chocolate Frosting: 1/4 cup milk, 1 cup sugar,1/4 cup margarine or butter.Bring to rolling boil(boil for 1 minute).Remove from heat,add 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.Stir until chocolate chips are melted,and frosting is starting to thickin.Frost cake and enjoy!
