  • 1 3/4 c
    flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 can
    fruit cocktail
  • topping:
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    crushed nuts, your choice

How To Make fruit cocktail cake

  • 1
    Sift all ingredients together and add cocktail and beaten eggs. Pour into 9x13 cake pan and cover with brown sugar and nuts. Bake 1 hour @350.
