A lady in my Sunday School class brought this for brunch, but it could be eaten any time of the day!!! Easy & delicious!

Ingredients For elanor's brunch cake

1 canapple pie filling

1 cancrushed pineapple
-
1 boxbutter pecan cake mix

1 1/2 stickbutter (melted)
How To Make elanor's brunch cake

1Spray 9x13 baking dish. Pour pie filling into pan & chop apples up. Pour pineapple over...include juice. Spread dry cake mix over top. Pour butter over dry cake mix. Cover & refrigerate overnight or a couple of hours to let mix soak up some of the juices.

2Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 35-40 minutes (depending on your oven). Enjoy.

3NOTE: This can be made with various pie fillings & fruits...as well as, other cake mixes...to your liking.
