Ingredients For easy eggnog bread

  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    melted butter
  • 1 c
    eggnog, store bought or homemade
  • 2 tsp
    rum extract
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/4 c
    whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 1 c
    sugar

How To Make easy eggnog bread

    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 5" loaf pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, beat eggs. Stir in sugar, butter, eggnog, rum extract and vanilla.

    In another bowl, combine flours, baking powder and nutmeg. Stir flour mix into eggnog mix to combine.

    Pour batter into pan. Bake 40-60 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
