I'm not the greatest cook in the world but I LOVE coconut cake.One day a friend told me she made a coconut cake for a church meal. I was amazed she would tackle such a big job....until she gave me the recipe! Even I can make it- and it's delicious!!

Ingredients For easy coconut cake

1 boxwhite cake mix

1 cansweetened condensed milk

1 tubcool whip

1 bagcoconut, flaked
How To Make easy coconut cake

1Bake cake as directed on the box.

2Stick holes in cake with a fork while still warm.

3Pour entire can of sweetened condensed on top of warm cake.Let completely cool.

4When cake is cool,cover with entire tub of cool whip.

5Last, sprinkle bag of coconut on top on the cool whip. Keep chilled.
