    PLACE FRUIT INTO LARGE BOWL -ADD SPICES AND FRUIT JUICE -SOAK OVERNIGHT OR WARM LIGTLY IN SAUCEPAN LET MIX COOL

    STIR IN THE SR FLOUR AND MIX WELL ABOUT 3 MINUTES OF MIXING -THIS IS A WET MIXTURE

    LINE LARGE CAKE TIN WITH BAKING PAPER POUR IN MIX --COOK 170 DEGREES CELIUS OR 320 F TEST WITH SKEWER -IF COOKED SKWER WILL BE DRY BEST KEPT IN FRIDGE --GREAT WITH ICECREAM FOR DESSERTS OR PACKED FOR THAT MAN'S LUNCH TIME TREAT
