3 call purpose flour

2 cgranulated sugar

1/2 cbaking cocoa

2 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt

2 ccold water
-
3/4 ccanola oil
-
1egg
-
2 Tbspwhite vinegar
-
2 tspvanilla extract
- FILLING
-
4 ozcream cheese, softened
-
1/4 cgranulated sugar
-
1/8 tspsalt
-
2 Tbspbeaten egg
-
1/2 tspvanilla extract
-
3/4 cchocolate chips, mini
-
powdered sugar
How To Make cream-filled chocolate supreme muffins

1In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda & salt. In another bowl, combine water, oil, egg, vinegar & vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients until just moistened.

2For filling, beat cream cheese, sugar & salt until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Fold in chips.

3Fill paper cups 1/2 full with muffin batter. Pipe filling into center of each; cover with remaining batter.

4Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cool completely on wire racks.
