Ingredients For cream cheese pound cake

  • 1 stick
    margarine
  • 2 stick
    butter
  • 1
    (8 oz container) cream cheese
  • 3 c
    sugar
  • 6 lg
    eggs
  • 3 c
    sifted flour
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • pinch of salt

How To Make cream cheese pound cake

    Preheat oven to 275 degrees F
  • 2
    In a large mixing bowl - Cream together the margarine, butter and cream cheese
  • 3
    Add sugar; cream this together very well
  • 4
    Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition
  • 5
    In a seperate large mixing bowl - Combine flour and salt; add this mixture to the creamed mixture

    Add vanilla; beat well
  • 7
    Pour into greased and flour tube pan

    Bake at 275 degrees F for 1 hour and 45 minutes
