Ingredients For cranberry loaf cakes

    yellow cake mix
  • 1
    4 oz. package lemon instant pudding mix
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    oil
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1
    16 oz. can whole cranberry sauce, chopped

How To Make cranberry loaf cakes

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients except cranberry sauce in a large bowl, mix well. Beat for 4 minutes. Fold in cranberry sauce. Spoon into 2 greased & floured 5x9 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes or until cakes test done. Cool in pans.
