    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    canola oil
  • 1 c
    splenda (or fine sugar)
  • 1 c
    fresh orange juice
  • 1 c
    corn meal (de fuba )
  • 1 c
    all-purpose flour (de farinha de trigo)
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • glaze toppings as follows
  • 1 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    orange juice, fresh
  • 1 Tbsp
    pure orange extract
  • crystal sugars deco. topping. i use different colors for the occassion

    Preheat oven to 350* SPRAY AND FLOUR LOAF ,BUNT PAN. AND BAKE for 25 minutes check with long toothpick ,comes out totally clean.

    IN LARGE BOWL MIX SUGAR ,oil,orange juice,eggs. MIX UNTIL ALL IS WELL BLENDED, SET ASIDE.

    Mean WHILE MIX ALL THE DRY INGREDIENTS ,mix well. THEN pour a little bit at time to liquid mix ,until all the dry ingredients is mixed well,scrapping the. sides down

    REMOVE AND LET IT COOL OFF. REMOVE FROM PAN,And deco. by using confectioner sugar and top it with crystal sugar
