Ingredients For citrus crown cake

  • 1/2 c
    coconut
  • 1/2 stick
    margarine, melted
  • 1 md
    jar of orange marmalade
  • 1 box
    ducan hind orange or lemon cake mix

How To Make citrus crown cake

  • 1
    Combine marmalade,coconut,and margaine in separate bowl. Mix well. Combine cake mix as directed on box, then spray tube cake pan well with cooking spray. Pour marmalade mixture in bottom of pan,then pour cake mix on top of this. Bake in pre-heated 350 oven for one hour or until toothpick comes out clean in center. Let cool for 10 minutes. Run knife around edges and empty on cake plate.
