1 Tbspcocoa powder

1 1/4 cgranulated sugar

1 cbutter, softened

2 lgeggs

1 cdairy sour cream

1 1/3 call purpose flour

2 pkginstant chocolate cream of wheat, uncooked

1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1 1/2 tspbaking soda

1 Tbspinstant espresso powder

1 csemi-sweet mini chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate, chocolate chip coffee cake

1Preheat oven to 350^. Coat a bundt pan well with non-stick cooking spray, making sure sides are well coated. Sprinkle with 1 Tablespoon of cocoa powder and shake out any excess.

2Cream sugar, butter and eggs in a mixing bowl with electric mixer at medium speed. Add sour cream and blend well. Add flour, chocolate cream of wheat(dry)*, baking powder, soda and espresso powder. Mix well . Stir in chocolate chips.

3Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick test into center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Place serving plate over cake pan and turn pan over carefully onto plate; remove pan. Serve cake warm or cool. --- *Note: If you don't have chocolate cream of wheat in your area just use 2 packets of regular instant cream of wheat and 1 Tablespoon of cocoa powder mixed into it.
