Ingredients For chocolate cake

  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 1/2
    squares of baking chocolate
  • IN MIXING BOWL CREAM THESE INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 sm
    egg yolk beaten
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 sm
    egg white beaten

How To Make chocolate cake

    Combine butter and chocolate squares in small pot. Melt over low heat while stirring.

    Preheat oven to 350. In mixing bowl cream together the sugar, salt, egg, melted butter and chocolate. Then add the flour, soda, vanilla, and beaten egg white.

    Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Until toothpick poked in center comes out clean.
