I have been making these for years. Depending on the event, I may have to double or even triple the recipe as they go so fast.

Ingredients For cheesecake cherry bites

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 jar
    maraschino cherry or
  • 1 lb
    fresh cherries (instead of jar)
  • graham crackers (depends on how many cherrys)

How To Make cheesecake cherry bites

  • 1
    Blend your softened cream cheese and powdered sugar.

    Grind your graham crackers (Manual Food Processor to the rescue!)
  • 3
    Dip your cherries in the cream cheese mixture and then into the crushed graham crackers.

    Voila! Done in minutes!
