banana suprise bundt cake

i came up with this recipe over the weekend, i had a few banana's that i needed to use but didn't want a plain ole banana bread, i wanted something a little sweeter. it turned out perfect, hope y'all will give it a try and enjoy it as much as we did.

Ingredients For banana suprise bundt cake

  • 4 md
    bananas
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 stick
    butter or marg, softened to room temp
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    flour (i only use self rising)
  • 1/2 c
    chocolate chips, (i used choc and butterscotch)
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, or walnuts

How To Make banana suprise bundt cake

    Mash 3 1/2 of the bananas in bowl, add sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt, butter and sour cream. Mix well by hand. Add flour. Mix well. Fold in the chips and nuts.

    Grease and flour bundt pan. Pour cake mix into pan, slice banana half onto top of batter. Bake in 375* oven about 40-45 min or until toothpick comes out clean. ENJOY!
