So easy, but you have to do exactly what the recipe says. Do not double the batch, it doesn't work. I use a little, tiny Pyrex bowl. I use a vanilla cake mix

1 boxangel food cake mix

1 boxregular cake mix any flavor (no pudding in the cake mix)

2 Tbspwater
How To Make 1 2 3 cake

1Mix the two cake mixes together very well. You need to store this in a resealable container. I use a ziplock gallon sized bag.

2In a small bowl mix 3T. of cake mixture and 2T. of water. Put it in tiny bowl. If you want to mix this in the same bowl you will cook it in scrape down the sides very well.

3Microwave this batter for 1 minute. Let it cool down and put it on a dessert plate.

4It's good with fruit ond whipped cream on top. Also lemon curd is good. It's our favorite.
