Ingredients For corn meal mush

1/2 C Corn meal (preferably enriched yellow meal)

2 1/2 C Boiling water

3/4 tsp Salt
How To Make corn meal mush

1Sprinkle meal into rapidly boiling water, add salt. Reduce heat, stirring, over very low heat about 1/2 hour or until quite thick. Ladle into bowls, top with pats of butter, and serve hot for breakfast
