8 Tbs. sugar
4 Tbs. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 Tbs. Hershey's Cocoa
2 C. milk

In a saucepan, mix sugar, flour, and cocoa until creamy (no lumps). Add milk. Heat, stirring until gravy consistency. Pour over buttermilk or Southern canned biscuits.
