Ingredients For ham, cheese, and egg sliders

  • 12 lg
    eggs
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, divided
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1-3 Tbsp
    Dijon mustard
  • 1-3 tsp
    poppy seeds
  • 2 Tbsp
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 pkg
    rolls, I use Hawaiian bread rolls
  • 8 slice
    ham, thinly sliced
  • 8 slice
    cheese

How To Make ham, cheese, and egg sliders

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. F. For the eggs, add 1 Tbsp of butter to a skillet to melt.

    Whisk a dozen eggs in a bowl.

    Pour into a skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 4
    Stir constantly until the eggs are scrambled and fully cooked.

    Melt the remaining 3 Tbsp of butter. In a small cup or bowl, whisk together melted butter, poppy seeds, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.

    Put a small amount on the bottom of the pan. Then set it to the side.

    Take a package of rolls. Slice down the middle then put the top of the rolls to the side.

    Add a slice of ham to each roll.

    Add a slice of cheese to each roll.

    Then top with eggs.

    Place the top of the rolls back on. Brush the remaining sauce over the rolls.

    Bake for 20 - 30 minutes.
