I love these. They are fun and easy for breakfast, but most of all, they taste wonderful.

Ingredients For ham, cheese, and egg sliders

12 lgeggs

4 Tbspbutter, divided

salt and pepper, to taste

1-3 TbspDijon mustard

1-3 tsppoppy seeds
-
2 TbspWorcestershire sauce

12 pkgrolls, I use Hawaiian bread rolls

8 sliceham, thinly sliced

8 slicecheese
How To Make ham, cheese, and egg sliders

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. F. For the eggs, add 1 Tbsp of butter to a skillet to melt.

2Whisk a dozen eggs in a bowl.

3Pour into a skillet. Season with salt and pepper.

4Stir constantly until the eggs are scrambled and fully cooked.

5Melt the remaining 3 Tbsp of butter. In a small cup or bowl, whisk together melted butter, poppy seeds, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.

6Put a small amount on the bottom of the pan. Then set it to the side.

7Take a package of rolls. Slice down the middle then put the top of the rolls to the side.

8Add a slice of ham to each roll.

9Add a slice of cheese to each roll.

10Then top with eggs.

11Place the top of the rolls back on. Brush the remaining sauce over the rolls.

12Bake for 20 - 30 minutes.
