These will look like little 3-inch pancakes. Usually they are served with butter and syrup. Sometimes they were rolled up with a little butter and raspberry jam. My Grandmother would sometimes even fry a little piece of bacon or ham in the pan and then pour the batter over the bacon/ham. These are so simple and easy to make.

  • 6 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder

    Melt butter in frying pan and make 3-inch small pancakes. Cook for approximately 1 to 2 minutes each side.
