My brother in law makes up his own sausage combinations and this is one he makes that is delicious/Pork and turkey may sound like a strange combination,but it works. If using pork sausage,omit salt.

How To Make pork and turkey sausage

1Mix equal amounts of turkey and sausage.Add seasonings to taste.With wet hands,shape into patties. Add 2-3 tablespoons of water and sausages,cover,cook on low until almost done,turn heat to medium,uncover and fry until brown.
