  Heat oven to 325 degrees. Line cookie sheet with foil. Place wire rack on foil. Brush both sides with honey mustard. Arrange bacon in a single layer on rack. Bake 20 minutes. Turn bacon over and bake 10-15 minutes longer. Remove from rack and let cool for 15 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
