    ground beef
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 tsp
    accent
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    coriander, ground

How To Make beef sausage

  • 1
    Knead all ingredients together and make into a long roll, freeze for three hours. And then cut into slices, putting each pattie between waxed paper, fry as needed. Makes 8 servings.
