Forget Red Velvet Cake and Cupcakes, Red Velvet Pancakes are the way to go. This recipe is an absolutely, positively delicious breakfast. Perfect for Christmas. You’ll want to make sure the heat under your griddle isn’t too high. I found that they burn easily. Probably because the batter has so much sugar in it. You’ll need to cook them a little longer and slower than normal pancakes to ensure the inside sets up before the outside burns.
