Slow Cooker Crock Pot
Ingredients For western omelet casserole

1 32-oz pkgfrozen hash brown potatoes

1 lbbacon, diced, cooked, and drained (or ham below)

1 lbcooked ham, cubed (or bacon above)

1onion, diced
-
1bell pepper, diced
-
1 1/2 ccheddar or monterey jack cheese, shredded

12eggs
-
1 cmilk
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 tsppepper
How To Make western omelet casserole

1Place a layer of frozen potatoes on the bottom of slow cooker.

2Add a layer of bacon, then onions, green pepper, and cheese.

3Repeat the layering process 2 or 3 more times, ending with a layer of cheese.

4Beat eggs, milk, salt, & pepper together.

5Pour over crock pot mixture.
-
6Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours.
