My Finnish Aunt Joann J. made these for many years. A family tradition. The family looked forward to Christmas, as she would bring a couple pans, of warm Butter Rolls for the family to gobble up...before dinner was served later in the day. Years later after she passed away I was given the recipe by her daughter Shirley. We refer to them as Aunties ole recipe. I call them YUMMILICIOUS!! A hot milk, cinnamon, cardamon buttery, custard delight.

After mixing sugar, cinnamon and cardamon together spread 5 tablespoon across the buttered dough. Now roll up like a cinnamon roll. Cut into 2 inch pieces and put into a buttered baking dish. a 9x13 works well.
