Ingredients For brunch for a bunch

  • 6 slice
    white bread
  • 6 lg
    eggs
  • 2 c
    cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 lb
    saugage, cooked, dranied & crumbled
  • 2 c
    heavy cream
  • 8 oz
    sliced mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp
    minced onion
  • 3 Tbsp
    diced bell peper, any color

How To Make brunch for a bunch

  • 1
    Break bread slices into small pieces, spread ito a greased 9x13 in baking dish. Spread crumbled sausage on top of bread.

    Beat eggs until light, beat in the heavy cream. Stir in gtated cheese, onion, & peppers. Pour over bread & sausage.

    refrigerate over night. Preheat oven to 350. Bake 40 to 50 minutes. let sit 20 minutes or more.
