Ingredients For breakfast baked apples & granola, low fat,crockpot

  • 8 md
    apples, peeled, cored, and sliced or chopped
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter or low fat margarine
  • 2 c
    low fat granola
  • 1/4 c
    walnuts or craisins, optional

How To Make breakfast baked apples & granola, low fat,crockpot

    Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for about 7 hours. Put this on to cook at night and its ready for breakfast. Good enough to serve the whole family. Leftovers keep in frig for second day use.
