    eggs
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    oil
  • 2 c
    grated zucchini
  • 2 1/2 can
    all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    coconut
  • 2 tsp
    bakong soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c
    drained crushed pineapple

How To Make zucchini nut bread

  • 1
    Cream together sugar, oil and eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients. Stir in zucchini, nuts, pineapple, coconut and vanilla. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees in 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Makes 2 loaves.
