Everyone loves when I make this. I can't remember who gave me this recipe. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I use the splenda brown & regular in place of the sugars.

Ingredients For cinnamon loaf

  • 1/2 c
    butter, room temperature
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1
    dash of salt
  • CINNAMON MIXTURE
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1
    dash of all spice

How To Make cinnamon loaf

    Mix the first nine ingredients.
  • 2
    Spread half the batter into a greased & floured large loaf pan. Sprinkle 1/2 the cinnamon mixture on the batter. Cover with the remaining batter.

    Swirl a knife through the mixture. Top with the remaining cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
