Ingredients For chocolate zucchini bread

  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    shredded peeled zucchini
  • 2 1/2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    baking cocoa
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking powder

How To Make chocolate zucchini bread

    In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Stir in zucchini . Combine dry ingredients, add zucchini mixture and mix well. Pour into greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until bread tests done. Makes 2 loaves.
