I love this it is a great way to get your kids to eat zucchini and they wont even know it.

Ingredients For choco zucchini tea cake

    eggs
  • 1 c
    oil
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 3 c
    zucchini shredded
  • 3 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder

How To Make choco zucchini tea cake

    Mix together eggs, oil, sugars, zucchini, and vanilla until well blended.

    Pre-heat oven to 325

    sift together all dry ingedients.

    Slowly add dry ingredients with egg and zucchini mix and beat together until it is a smooth batter.

    Pour batter evenly into foil bread pans. I find that the glass ones the cake tends to burn.

    Bake for 1 hour or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
