I got this recipe from my sweet sis who is the baker in our family. I'm not sure where she got it from, but it is soooo good! I've also made it without nuts (my husband doesn't care for them), and it is equally as good to me.

Ingredients For banana bread w/chocolate

1/2 cbutter, softened

1 csugar

2eggs
-
1 cmashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium)

2 cflour

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1 cchopped nuts

1 cchocolate chips
How To Make banana bread w/chocolate

1Cream softened butter and sugar together.

2Add 1 egg at a time, beating until smooth.

3Blend in bananas.

4In a separate bowl stir together flour with baking soda, baking powder, salt, chopped nuts, and chocolate chips.

5Add flour mixture to banana mixture stirring only to moisten.

6Transfer to greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.

7Let stand 10 minutes. Remove from pan, cool.
