Everyone has their favorite version but this has been my go to for years!

Ingredients For banana bread

1/4 cplus 1 tbsp sour cream

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 cbutter at room temperature

1 csugar
-
2eggs
-
1 cmashed ripe bananas (3 medium)

2 cflour
-
1/2 tspbaking powder
How To Make banana bread

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray that already has flour in it, or grease and flour your pan.

2Combine sour crean and baking soda, set aside. Use a hand mixer and cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, mashed bananas and the sour cream

3Combine the flour and baking powder and add to wet ingredients, mix until combined.

4Add to your prepared loaf pan and bake one hour or until toothpick inserted in loaf comes out clean. Cool in the pan approximately 10 minutes and remove.
