Ingredients For aprcot-banana bread

  • 1/3 c
    softened margerine
  • 2/3 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    mashed ripe banana 2-3 medium
  • 1/4 c
    buttermilk
  • 1- 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    100% bran cereal-not flakes
  • 3/4 c
    dried apricots
  • 1/2 c
    chopped nuts

How To Make aprcot-banana bread

    In a mixing bowl,cream butter,sugar add eggs;mix well.Combine bananas and buttermilk.Add flour to creamed mixture.Stir in bran,apricots and nuts.

    Pour into 9x13 inch baking pan.Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes,until bread tests done.Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack.
