Ingredients For zucchini pineapple bread

    eggs
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 c
    zucchini, grated
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 c
    raisims
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make zucchini pineapple bread

  • 1
    Beat together oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla, add zucchini and dry ingredients. Stir in pineapple, raisins and pecans. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes 2 loaves.
